Learn More About Me?

I have always been into art, drew every chance that I could. Late 2007 was when I started to get interested In doing Web Design & Graphics. I thought it would be a pretty cool thing to learn, instead of just wasting my days sitting in front of a TV not doing anything.

I used to sit in front of the laptop for hours on end, trying to understand the logic behind websites; How They Work, and Why they work the way they do. This area of work soon became my passion, and I've loved doing it since the very start.

Everything I know (apart from a few little bits) about web design and development is self taught. Haven't been involved in any courses at college or university, everything I know I've taught myself from home. I'm glad to say all my hard work and sleepless nights have paid off!

Since start of Sept 2011, I have been studying Web Design & Development at Abertay University in Dundee, to try and get a further knowledge, and most importantly a BSc Hons Degree to backup my skills.

Where I've Been Noticed ...

I've had work featured on many great sites, such as DivineCSS, Awwwards.COM, CSSWINNER & CCSDA.COM - which is pretty awesome for me. My site has also appeared on many design blogs for my use of typography, CSS, and HTML5 work.

I have won the Spock Award - "For Pure Web Design Brilliance" on "Website Launchpad". I was also very pleased to find out that I have been considered as one of the UK's Top 15 Most Inspirational Designers according to heartinternet.co.uk.

I like the fact that people come to me and ask for my help, whether it be creating them a Website, or making them some sort of Illustrative piece. I just like that fact that people like my work that much that they are willing to let me help them... Which is why I do this.

I do not wish to share my personal or work phone number on my website, due to the ammount of annoying sales people that would certainly start ringing me up. I will be more than happy to send my phone number out to potential clients after contact.
